Abby Williams

BCBA

Abby received her bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University School of Education majoring in Elementary education and Special education. She worked as a special education teacher in Indianapolis for 6 years and spent a year working for the Indianapolis Public Schools special education department. During her time in the classroom, she received her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Marian University. The knowledge she has acquired during her time in the field has allowed her to be a better teacher and advocate for those she works with. As an educator and a BCBA, Abby strives to develop and provide person-centered interventions that help others reach their full potential. Abby believes that  major key to individual success is collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support system. Her work focuses on promoting positive behavior changes and enhancing the quality of life for individuals through targeted interventions and data-driven strategies.

In her free time, Abby enjoys spending time with her friends, family and animals Crosby, Calem and Rosie. She loves watching Ohio State football, reading and spending time outside
