Elijah Koch is the Operations Manager at the School-Based Behavior Consultation’s New Palestine location, where he’s grown from a receptionist to a key leader. With hands-on experience in various roles, Elijah ensures our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

He is committed to continuous improvement and is currently pursuing further education in Business Management to enhance his skills and contributions.

Outside of work, Elijah enjoys golfing and going to the gym.
