Isabelle Peterson
Program Coordinator
Isabelle Peterson is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Program Coordinator, and Lead Trainer at SBBC. She graduated from Utah State University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Human and Family Development. In 2024, she will begin a Master’s degree program in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.
Isabelle is passionate about helping her clients achieve success and develop greater independence. Her early involvement with family and friends and in clubs like Best Buddies inspired her to pursue a career in behavioral therapy, where she could continue to develop meaningful connections with individuals with special needs. Isabelle has professional experience working with children and adults with special needs in home, center, school, and job settings. She values teaching in natural environments and promoting autonomy and self-advocacy, leading her therapy with compassion and a client-first approach.
Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys being creative through crochet, music, and watercolor. She is grateful to have a strong support system in her family even while living across the country from them. She enjoys life with her husband, Chandler, and they love being active outside as well as watching the Office and New Girl together at home.
