Kelsea Baker

Registered behavior technician

Kelsea Baker is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & a Lead Trainer with School-Based Behavior Consultation. She is the Mama of 4 spunky little humans, 3 bonus kids, and has a puppy named Oakley. It was as a mother Kelsea became interested in ABA practices in her quest to find answers for her Autistic daughter. She began classes toward her Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in ABA. Shortly there after, she found herself back in Indiana working in a clinic setting & quickly obtained her RBT. From there she had continued on in her quest to learn & grow within the field! 

Outside of her love for ABA, Kelsea enjoys spending time with her family. She remains quite busy between cheer practices, volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, and all her other various other roles.
