Operations Manager

Tyler has 20 years experience in the fields of Mental Health and Probation.  I have assisted in managing a Senior Independent Living Community and was the Field Team Coordinator for Probation.  I have a Bachelors Criminal Justice Degree from Ball State and a Masters Human Services Degree from Capella University.

I enjoy working at SBBC because I get to watch the everyday growth of clients!  I also get to work with great staff that take pride in providing therapy to their clients!

My wife and I have 3 children and 2 dogs.  We spend most of our time in a gym or field watching all 3 of our kids in sports.  I also enjoy having the opportunity to coach my kids' sports teams.  When we aren’t at a sporting event, I enjoy spending time with my family.
